・Prices shown include consumption tax and service charge.
・This spa is a complete reservation system. Please make a reservation by phone in advance.
・If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
・If cancelled less than 6 hours before the treatment time, or in case of a no-show, 100% of the treatment fee will be changed.
・All treatments are available regardless of gender.
・If you have allergies or currently undergoing treatment, please be sure to consulr with your doctor and let us know.
Please note that in some cases, you may not be able to receive the treatment.
・In consideration of the health and safety of our valued guests, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide treatment to guests who are currently pregnant.
・For guests booking the Ocean Body Modelling treatment, please note that these services are not available to those with iodine allergies or those currently undergoing thyroid treatment. We appreciate your understanding.

◆Regarding valuables

・Please leave valuables in the safety box in your room.
・We are not responsible for any loss or theft in the salon.

◆About treatment

・In the unlikely event that you are late due to other customers’ reservations,
Please note that there are cases where the end time cannot be extended.
・If you are wearing contact lenses, we recommend that you remove them during the facial treatment.
Also, if you are going to apply make-up after the treatment, please bring your own make-up tools.

◆Spa etiquette

・We have prepared a space where you can calm down and relax at the spa.
・Please cooperate with the guidance of the staff so that you can spend comfortably.
・Please refrain from using mobile phones in the spa.
・If any behavior is deemed disruptive to other guests or considered unsafe, we may need to pause or discontinue the treatment.
